These website terms are between you and Exclusive Advisory Services, trading as RandCrypto (“RandCrypto”, “we”, “us”), a South African business and a licensed Category I Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), FSP number 53473.

This website is an informational marketing site. It publishes reference market prices, a currency converter, educational content, and a way to contact our OTC desk or start onboarding.
This website does not execute trades, accept deposits or withdrawals, hold client funds, or create exchange accounts. Account opening, trading, deposits, withdrawals, and custody happen in the RandCrypto app and are governed by the app’s own terms and your account agreement, not by these website terms.
Prices, 24-hour statistics, and historical charts shown on this website are reference values supplied through RandCrypto’s market-data feed. They reflect last-traded prices and can differ from current bids, asks, and the price you would actually receive in the app.
The currency converter calculates an indicative amount from those reference prices. It excludes fees, spread, and slippage, and is not an offer, a quote, or a binding price. Nothing calculated on this website creates a transaction, a reservation of price, or an obligation on RandCrypto to transact with you at that price.
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value, including all of it. Past performance does not predict future results. Make your own assessment, and speak to a suitably qualified adviser before making a financial decision.
Forms on this website (including the OTC inquiry form and corporate onboarding) are for making contact only. Submitting one does not open an account, place a trade, or move funds. Verification, identity checks, and final commercial terms are handled directly with the relevant RandCrypto team once we contact you.
You agree not to use this website to misrepresent a transaction, account balance, or proof of funds; to interfere with or disrupt this website or its market-data endpoints; to scrape or systematically extract data beyond normal browsing; or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of RandCrypto’s systems.

The RandCrypto name, logo, and the content, design, and code of this website belong to RandCrypto or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
